The USMEF in collaboration with Bon Beef restaurants are promoting the US beef Festival in Peru. Bon Beef a three-point of sales restaurant is presenting a new menu including U.S. beef cuts. The Festival will take place in San Isidro, Patio Panorama and San Miguel, during March. The promotional dish is a slider and four pieces of U.S. cuts which consumers will try to guess the name.
